Shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment and they are shipped via GLS Italy with tracking.
For any type of shipment, we will send you a confirmation email and we will provide you with a link to track your package.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging taxes and postage. Management costs are unchanged, but the transport tax can change according to the destination of the shipment. We recommend you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
Shipping and delivery of the products
Delivery of the purchased 8dog product, can only be made within the borders of the state associated with the delivery address that the user specified during the purchase step. The user, therefore, is obliged to enter a shipping address during the checkout step that is within the borders of the State associated with the delivery address.

In the case of courier delivery method, variable shipping costs will be applied to the customer depending on the state specified in the delivery address, as expressed in the list above.
